Nordstrom Rack: Clear The Rack Haul feat. TOMS !!

BOY: You know you can't wear those until next summer. Can you wait that long?

ME: Ummm, YES!

This past weekend, Nordstrom Rack had their Clear the Rack event where all their red tag items are an additional 25% off of the price marked. Well, needless to say I had to at least take a peak! Normally, I hardly ever find anything during these events because by the time I get there it always seems like it had already been ravaged. Thankfully, this time around was different!

I scored 2 pairs of gorgeous TOMS for the price of ONE! I have to admit I was pretty excited. Granted, the items are summer shoes, but, I'm totally OK with that. I know the fall just started, but these babies will get me through those cold winter nights, and act as a reminder that warmer days are ahead. I'm patient, I can wait! 

I picked up the Classic Crochet Slip On TOMS in a bright Green, because I just cannot say NO to bright colors, especially in that pretty crochet. These retailed for $58.95 and were marked down to $29.90 plus the 25% off, they came out to $22.42. The best part about these TOMS is that they have a nice cushioned and structured foot bed, which gives you some sort of arch support and are comfy to wear all day. I know, because I own a pair of Classic Canvas red TOMS that I love!

Next, I finally bought the TOMS Canvas Wedge Sandal in Red. These are also very comfortable, because the foot bed is slightly cushioned and the material that touches the skin is soft. I have had my eye on these particular sandals when I first laid eyes on them at Nordstrom Rack during the early Spring & Summer months but couldn't bring myself to buy them at the Rack price. BUT!! This time around, I had no reason to say NO and these beauties came home with me! These retailed for $68.95 and were marked down to $31.90 plus the 25% off, they came out to $23.92.

I am SO glad I waited, and I am SO happy that I found them at such a great price. Thank you Nordstrom Rack for making my shoe dreams come true!!!
